We roast  twelve ounce bag of Espresso Monkey Blend from Sweet Maria’s Coffe Supply to bring out a rustic, fruited-chocolate natural flavor which we infuse post-roast to create our unique mountain themed flavors. Colorado Rockies brings chocolate and caramel natural flavors while Canadian Rockies has a deep, natural maple flavoring.
