Choose from our multiple specialty roasted blends!

Each roast is named after a famous mountain range- and might just feature a peak in that’s significant to us!

We roast a twelve ounce bag of Espresso Monkey Blend from Sweet Maria’s Coffee Supply to bring out a rustic, fruited-chocolate natural flavor which we infuse post-roast to create our unique mountain themed flavors. Colorado Rockies brings chocolate and caramel natural flavors while Canadian Rockies has a deep, natural maple flavoring.

Our latest blend uses Sweet Maria’s 10 Speed bean- an “all purpose” bean that’s good for drip or espresso. For the Bitterroot, we infuse it with whiskey by soaking the beans for at least 24 hours pre- roast. The result is a stronger coffee with oaky flavors that works well with buttered pecan syrups and/or chocolate creamers. Whiskey isn’t our only alcohol roast- for a smoother coffee with a semi-sweet flavor , try the Appalachian, our Kentucky bourbon roast.

Finally, the Cascades is our ode to the Pacific Northwest, with an Indonesian bean that has hints of leather, dark cocoa, and scorched wood. Post-roast, we season with brown sugar and cinnamon as the beans cool for what is proving to be our most popular roast.
