Every small town has a legend.
Most of them aren't real.
The people of Fletcher's Forde are about to find out their legend is true.
And it's terrible.
When two kids discover that you actually can find the body of Slick Bill, they also discover you can awaken him.
And Bill is not happy.
As bodies begin to pile up, and the grown-ups doubt the kids' story, it's up to them to stop the rising evil.
